Sengetsu-shuzo
The rapid Kuma River flows through the center of Hitoyoshi City. Sengetsu Shuzo was established in 1903 on the banks of the river. The distillery name at that time was Mine-no-tsuyu, which was also the name of the primary product of the company.
Sengetsu Shuzo Co., Ltd. Hitoyoshi Castle, towering near Sengetsu Shuzo distillery, is also known as Sengetsu Castle.
